How long is the rental?

All rentals include 8 hours of fun! If you need additional time, please note it in the booking request form. Once received we will contact you with pricing & confirm availability.

Is delivery included?

Yes! We offer FREE delivery within 20 miles of Highland, MI. Delivery outside of that area may have an additional fee.

What happens if it rains?

Your safety comes first. If severe weather is expected, we'll work with you to reschedule your rental whenever possible.

Are the inflatables cleaned?

Absolutely! Every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned & sanitized before every rental to provide a safe experience.

What do I need for setup?

You'll Need:

A relatively flat setup area
One standard electrical outlet within 100 feet (unless you have or are renting a generator)
Adult supervision while the inflatble is in use

When do you deliver?

We typically deliver before your event begins and return after your rental period ends. We'll coordinate a delivery window with you before your event.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays, since popular dates fill up quickly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Card payments have a 3% processing fee.
